Direct Debit Authorisation Form

Please download and complete this form.

Direct Debit is Caring Cuisine’s preferred payment method.

Direct Debit is an automated process that eliminates the need for you to manually attend to payments each month. You won’t have to remember to send us a cheque or call us to make your payment over the phone.

Direct Debit is one of the safest and most convenient ways of paying your bills. Once set up, payments will be automatically deducted from your nominated account on the specified dates.

There are two options for Caring Cuisine clients to pay by Direct Debit:

1. Fortnightly Direct Debit

Fortnightly direct debit will suit clients wishing to make smaller, more frequent payments. The cost of meals for the fortnight ending the previous Friday will be taken from your nominated bank account every second Wednesday (or the following business day). Invoices will not be issued ahead of fortnightly Direct Debit payments.

2. Monthly Direct Debit

Monthly direct debit is available for clients who wish to receive an invoice reminder prior to funds being deducted from their nominated bank account. Invoices will issue at the start of each month for meals delivered the month prior, and direct debit payments will be taken on the 14th of each month (or the following business day) for the invoice balance. Please note that if your monthly account exceeds $200, the Direct Debit may be split into several transactions.

There are no additional costs associated with direct debits taken from an Australian bank account. However, Direct Debits linked to a credit card will incur a surcharge of 1.5% of the transaction amount. In addition, if there are insufficient funds in your nominated account at the time the direct debit is processed, a failed payment fee of up to $9.90 will be charged by EziDebit.

Setting up Direct Debit is a simple process. If you would like to pay for your meals using this payment type, please complete the authorisation form linked above and return it to us. Once set up, payments will occur automatically at the intervals agreed.
